The distinction here is that this wasn't a negotiated scam, this was making use of the Bank's Currency Exchange boxes, and Pup decided to run up and grab the gold out in the middle of the transaction. That scenario is rather different than a conventional "scam". more of a direct robbery.

pup2551 stole 128 gold from me at the "bank" warp point, when exchanging gold for diamonds. Sayomie confirmed this and banned pup2551.
